My goal is to provide a personal and reliable IT Support service to a small number of clients and grow with them. When you use my service, you will always get me as your dedicated IT support person. I will integrate myself into your staff and make them feel comfortable chatting with me about their issues as we solve them.

I have experience offering very tight SLAs from working as the IT Manager for one of the UK's fastest growing service providers for the travel insurance industry and also from working remotely to support the staff of another of the UK's largest FinTechs based out of London with employees across the globe.
